A New Wonderland (Private, probably mature)

Are you sure it's safe? Last time i went into some woods and had a nasty fall and hurt my leg." she touched her leg lightly, in the spot but continued to follow anyway. she looked around at the odd scenery, "It's odd but pretty in a fairytale like" she then giggled "But then again i learned all this as a fairy tale story. it just seems so surreal to me, i mean i feel like i'm dreaming!" she then trips over a root of a tree rolling over like a cultz, she blushes holding her skirt down. "Oh!!"

"Did she know...?" He questioned before it hit him like a wall and he laughed and chuckled a bit. "Oh no, she doesn't know and the men after you won't go for her, they want you and they don't think that far out of the box." Rabbit said as he tapped his head gently. "So yes, she's quite safe! Now if you'd follow me, we won't be safe here long." He said as he began to walk towards the large overgrown woods and away from the city that loomed behind them far off in the distance.

"I didn't mean too, i just fell in" She blushed then looked around amazed by the sights "I'm glad it's not offensive, because it is. My mom read them to me" she turned to look at him "does she know, or " she looked around more getting lost in the scenery. "It just too unreal, i mean, you know though." she smiled enjoying it, but then looked to him. "We she get somewhere safe, i assume?" her voice went quite as she was sad to leave but knew it was for the best.

"Since when is it offensive to say something looks like it's from a book that describes it." He said with a big laugh before seeing her fall in. He curses under her breath and jumps in after her, grabbing her around the waist and holding her tightly to him as they go through the hole. It starts off as a bright light before going black, and then they were laying on the ground in the middle of a wide open field with a large hill infront of them. "Whooh.....don't jump in before I do....you're lucky I caught you. The watch is what makes the portal safe to go through and we can usually keep it open for days. But again, we have to go through first." He said, referring to his family as he stood up and looked around. The tree's were magnificent and strangely colored and he relaxed as he pulled out his watch and looked at it again.

She looked into with an amazed look on her eyes, leaning in as much as she could. "It looks kinda blurred but amazing, ,kinda like the books said. I mean if that isn't offensive." she squinted and leaned in more, but before she knew it, she had leaned in too far and fell right in. She was startled by her mistake, but not scared, just getting curious of what was to happen from this point on.

Finishing up the circle he stuck the rock back in his pocket and smiled happily as he looked back. "Oooh, you are getting better by the minute." He said before the circle he drew turned into a big hole. "And there we are, the portal to wonderland. I hate to rush you but....I think the soldiers are getting closer and being cute won't stop a bullet from making you dead." He said very bluntly.

She blushed then watched what he was doing. Is this really all real or is he just trying to get something out me? It's all so strange it's hard to believe  but my heart seems to make me feel like it's right. Why does he keep calling me cute also, i mean, he's for sure not bad looking... Oh quit thinking like that! she snapped of of her thoughts and gotten back looking at him, curiously. "Curiouser and curiouser does this day get" she mumbles.

"Good, I was hoping you wouldn't have more question." The boy said, looking happy as he began to search through a small bag he had around his waist under the jacket. Digging in he blinked when he heard her question and sighed. "I do suppose that is a good question. Listen, I can tell you are the gal I'm looking for because that's what I was born to do.....it's what all of my family was born to do. I'm the White Rabbit....like from the story. Of course that was my great great grand-dad and he wasn't as young as me at the time." 

As he finished he pulled out a little rock and began to trace a hole into the ground of the building. "And my great great grand-dad didn't tell his grandchildren how cute his girl was, but that's what I plan on doing~" He said, giving her a little wink.

She started to ask more questions then stopped herself. Deciding to trust the man. "I guess we should get going then" sthe was clearly still worried and curious, but she also knew she probably couldn't get away from this guy. "How do you even know i'm the right one?" one question slipped of her lips, but this one she really did wanna know. Stepping forward again.

"Late for the meeting of course, we...." He said, pointing to himself and then her with a grin. "...have somewhere to be, and we're running late." He said as he heard her questions and sighed. "And jeeze do you have a lot of questions."

Taking a deep breath before speaking he blurted out. "Wonderland the story is based on Wonderland the place, except it's not filled with a chubby queen and her guards that look like cards. -Now- it's filled with a tyrannical prince who sits in his tower commanding his forces, like the Heart SWAT you saw outside. And you can be a force and a weapon if used properly because you're Alice.....which in our world is a title bestowed upon person picked every hundred years or so at random to come and change things. I'm assuming you can guess what a non-loyalist like me wants to change though." He said, not once stopping to take a breath before he finished his little speech. "Now can we go?"

"late? Late for what?" she stayed back still for the moment since she was confused and startled "and we? i have no where to be." she thought for a moment then "wonderland? but isn't that just an old tale?" she looked at him watching his movements "I'm not a force or a weapon! how could i be such a thing." she felt silly for repeating herself but she knew or at least thought she wasn't. She had never fought in her life.

"Well, I suppose not a weapon....I'd say more like a force?" He said, scratching his head, not paying attention to the fact she was flustered from his comment. Turning back to face her he saw how she backed up and frowned gently. "No need to run, I'm not with those guys....I was actually sent to protect you from those guys." He said with a smile.

He heard her question though and tapped his foot, thinking as he did so. "And uhm.....I'm from Wonderland I guess, and as for what I do I think I already cleared that up by saying I came to get you." He said before reaching down and into his pocket, pulling out his watch again and sighing. "Any more questions? We have to be off soon, and I'm not much of a fan of being late...."

"Me? a weapon?" she seemed confused and now flustered by him calling her cute. "So what do you do anyway, and where are you from?" she backed up a bit scared. Now wondering if he was telling the truth or not. Her legs shook clearly and she looked around for a way out if needed.

"Hmmm....well, I'm technically neither and both of those things depending on who you're asking. But I'd prefer to be called a secret agent, makes me sound so much better." He said with a small grin, happy even as they ran. Laughing at her question he grinned as he went past a corner and down a few streets before dragging them through into a building and quietly closing the door.

"I'm not the target, you are the target." He said, lightly poking her in the nose just to tease her. Looking back at the door and pressing his ear against it, he listened as the sound of the boots hitting the dirt went by, this time not just one person but quite a few. One they passed he began to speak again. "And they're after you because your Alice, and to them you are a weapon.....although I do suppose you're too cute to be a weapon...." He said to himself, the man infront of her obviously not knowing when to shut up or even how to feel threatened.

She ran the best she could since being dragged by him "are you a criminal or secret agent? Because that wasn't normal people, that was like swat!" she glanced behind to see if anything was there then continues to be dragged by him, now running better.  She was a fairly fast runner compare to him who was faster than her by some. "why are they shooting at you?" she asked wondering what he had done, if anything.

Rabbit blinked, hearing her words as she asked him if he was either going to steal her money, or fuck her. Laughing a bit he shook his head and waved his hand. "N-no no! I mean you're cute and all but I'm no rapist....that and it's just me here and the guys coming aren't with me. Quite the opposite in fact." He said before a man turned around the corner.

The man was wearing something that looked akin to black SWAT armor. His face was covered by a mask and cradled in his arm was a gun, and on his shoulders was the only identifying mark, a red heart. A little radio sound came out of him as he clicked his helmet before raising the gun. "And that is why I suggest we leave no...." He said before he got caught off, a loud ring of fire being shot near them. Grabbing her arm he yanked her behind a wall and began to run, simply dragging her along. "As I was saying, that's why we need to leave now!"

"what do you mean," she stops looking around curiously "this isn't a mugging is it?! or gang banging, cause, i won't let you!" she blushed covering her breast, the shyly looking down. "Late for what anyway?" she looked back up and followed calmly. "I don't know you either. Do you stalk me?" she looked around again quickly "And who's they?"

The boy grinned as she told her his name, showing off his nice teeth as he walked beside her. "Such a fitting name, if you don't mind me saying so. You were just the person I was looking for too." He said as he walked infront of her, walking backwards as he put his hands in his black jacket pockets. The red tie around his neck began to flow a bit as the wind picked up and the sound of something in the distance could be heard. Turning his head to look back his ears twitched gently as the low sounds of boots hitting the pavement could be heard.

"So terribly sorry to not introduce myself by the way.....I'm Ash! But most people just call me Rabbit, and I'd prefer if you'd call me that too." He said before reaching his hand into his pocket and pulling out a nice gold pocketwatch that was attached to his hip. "Mmmm, this just won't do at all, we're very late and I very much despise being late. I can't tell you too much, but it'd be in your best benefit if you followed me. They're already here you know." He said, as if the girl would have any idea what he was talking about. His voice was a bit fast, as if he was on some sort of sugar high and he didn't seem to be able to hold still for very long as he walked backwards and kept an eye on her. Each step had a little spring in it as he kept looking at her, and then past here as if something else was there.

 

She jumped startled, then looked around confused "um, I"m A-Alice? why?" she looked around a second time to make sure he wasn't in a gang or anything.  She glanced over him while walking, noticing the clothing, they were different, but oddly neat to her liking. She didn't let her guard down though. She wore a blue skirt and and white blouse. With knee high socks, with Mary janes on her feet.

The day was hazy and black as a young man walked down the streets of the city. The city was a metropolitan area and he brushed his white hair out of his eyes with his red gloves. Looking down he gripped a pocket-watch and cursed under his breath. "I'm late....so damn late." He cursed as he looked behind him before he began to run down the street.

His boots slammed against the ground as he hurried his pace, looking up and down the streets with his light blue eyes. Settling on the girl he was finally looking for his lips formed a smile as he ran over to her. Walking next to the girl he looked her over and could simply sense it was who he needed. "Excuse me ma'am.....what would your name be?"
