-A quiet, apathetic young woman who tends to avoid social interaction. Dris often comes across as unfriendly due to lack of emotion and brutal honesty. She's very shy and doesn't talk much. She tends to prefer actions over words, and dislikes long-winded people. Unfortunately, Dris also lacks a sense of compassion. Her sole purpose in life is to fulfill something she calls her 'pact', though getting her to talk about it is like having a political debate with a rock. Nothing will distract her from a task if she thinks she must complete it; she is merciless and doesn't so much as blink in the face of violence or carnage. It doesn't matter how long she has known a person for, how old they are, or if they have a 'valid' reason to live; she's very 'black' and 'white'. As such, she also takes everything seriously and has difficulty understanding humour.
-Dris likes animals, however they tend to dislike her intensely. She also likes flowers, yet cannot touch them, as they will wilt if she does so. She dislikes insects, crowded places, and sunny weather. She has sensitive eyesight, therefore being out in bright sunlight often gives her headaches. Her body isn't very strong either, and she can't handle much in the way of strenuous exercise. Dris can't swim, is terrible with modern technology, and loves books. She absolutely hates physical contact, and reacts poorly to objects considered 'blessed'.

~Special Abilities/Powers~
-Dris possesses a healing factor which allows her to regenerate from injuries very quickly. In essence, she is immortal. Given enough time, her body will always regenerate, regardless of how destroyed it is. After her body has taken a certain amount of damage, however, her soul is purged, meaning the persona and memories of the current version of her are wiped completely clean, and a brand new persona arises within the reborn body. For example, the current persona is called Driselle, however the previous persona was known as Euclid. It's kind of like her version of dying.
-She possesses a natural resistance to extreme temperatures, i.e. fire and hypothermia do not affect her. Neither do most poisons, toxins, etc.
-She is agile and fast. Not inhumanly fast, she just has very good reflexes and her body is light, allowing her to be quick on her feet.
-Her eyesight is extremely acute; she can see perfectly in the dark, though as result is sensitive to bright lights.
-Dris can sometimes 'feel' if a human is approaching death, though her accuracy and how soon she can sense it varies from person to person. The closer to death they are, the easier for her to sense it. In some special cases, she will absolutely know when the person is going to die; these special cases have always been perfectly accurate for her, thus she considers them inevitable deaths.
~Weaknesses~
-She's relatively light compared to most combatants, so she can be thrown around more easily. Additionally, her body is just as susceptible as a human's in terms of injury; she only heals much faster. Any kind of blade or gun is just as effective against her as it would be against a human.
-Sensitive to bright lights
-She is susceptible to certain 'blessed' items; it depends on how and who they were blessed by, but they will burn her flesh and seriously harm her if she comes in contact with them.

-She wears a cross around her neck; its purpose seems to be rooted in sentimentality, as she has no explanation for its importance. She is fiercely protective of it, though she doesn't quite understand why herself. She tends to run her fingers along the length of it when worried , nervous, afraid, or generally uncomfortable.

~:.History.:~
A mysterious girl with an ambiguous past and a grim ambiance about her, Dris is a fairly new persona, and has not developed much of a personality yet. Death and misfortune tend to follow her everywhere she goes. Often compared to a Reaper of sorts, she finds sustenance from souls. Occasionally, she will search for a specific person who she senses is going to die, and will grant them a 'gift'; in exchange for the person giving her their soul, she will kill anyone they wish. The souls she collects from these 'special cases' are stored, rather than utilized for energy. She doesn't particularly seem to know herself why she stores these specific souls, she simply knows she must do it.

~Persona~
-Milla is a kind, energetic girl with a strong sense of right and wrong, and an insatiable desire for adventure. She is fascinated by old legends and knick-knacks, particularly anything related to her people. She tends to neglect her studies in favour of exploration, often incapable of sitting still for any length of time. As such, she likes to run, climb and travel.
Milla loves festivals, sweet foods, and pretty much any kind of furry animal. She HATES slimy creatures like frogs and snails, and pointless violence. Although she's usually pretty friendly to those she meets, she has an instinctual dislike of soldiers.
Milla can be quite headstrong and outspoken at times, often leading to her getting in trouble and/or poking her nose into other people's business. If someone is doing something she considers wrong, she will intervene immediately, regardless of the situation. She tends to be rash, acting based on her instincts rather than on any sort of plan.

-Thanks to Milla's small stature, she is very agile, flexible and fast. So she is really good at running away, lol.
-Basically being magical reservoirs, Lamplighters are capable of generating a special kind of magic in their bodies. It is the only magic they can use in spite of their physiology, and it serves only one purpose. They can create a unique form of light which drives away monsters called Shades. This light can be manifested as a heatless, weightless ball which will last upwards of several hours, or in emergencies they can emit light from their skin itself.

-She's a small girl with no fighting capabilities and a fear of violence.

The world Milla lives in has a strange day-night dynamic which flips between two cycles: Solaris and Lunar. During the Solaris cycle, the daylight will last for upwards of 20 hours, and vice versa for the Lunar cycle. Cycles tend to last for a varying number of years, with transition periods (when day and night are equal) usually taking only one year or so. Also, there are no stars or moon, so everything is literally complete darkness at night.
Unfortunately, dangerous monsters called Shades come out to hunt in the dark, making the roads nearly impassable during the Lunar cycle. The only thing that keeps them at bay is a special kind of light; the light produced from Lamplighters. So, during the night, the Lamplighters would travel the roads, escorting parties of travelers, keeping the roads/towns safe and functioning as couriers for long journeys.
Alas, the last Lunar cycle was 200 years ago, and the importance of the Lamplighters has been forgotten over time with inventions like magic/electrical lighting. Now, they primarily function as a postal service, or occupy menial positions such as servants or labourers. Most have forgotten how to effectively use the old magic of their ancestors, and, overall, the Lamplighters are a dying race.
Milla grew up in a large industrial town with her parents and three brothers. Her parents perished in a fire at the factory they worked at when Milla was 7, so her brothers have predominantly raised her. After their parents died, they moved to a small rural town where her oldest brother found work repairing tools and such for the townsfolk. Her childhood was pretty normal, and she travelled with her second oldest brother occasionally when he went to deliver packages to nearby towns. She signed up with the postal service as soon as she could and now she works as a postal service courier, delivering packages and letters from town to town.

~Persona~
-Kind and sweet, Nia is constantly smiling, no matter the situation. She is loyal to a fault and has difficulties saying no to people, unless the matter involves their safety. She is extremely curious, often getting herself into troublesome situations thanks to her curiousity. Although she often comes across as ditzy and airheaded, Nia is actually extremely intelligent. She does get distracted easily though.
-Nia is so obsessed with maintaining her cheerful visage to avoid worrying others, she often keeps her troubles to herself, going off by herself to deal with her own problems. As such, she tends to unintentionally keep people at arm's length, so to speak. When she thinks no one is looking, her expression often turns sombre.
-Nia loves sweet foods, animals, and shiny things. She loves to draw and sing, though tends to be shy about it around others. She is extremely allergic to seafood, and mildly allergic to pollen. Also, NEVER give her caffeine. Her energy soars through the roof whenever she has caffeine, but she crashes hard and fast, often sleeping for upwards of 14 hours.

-Dragon Nia: She is extremely strong and durable, as well as impervious to fire. She is capable of transforming into a draconic form given enough energy, in which she can fly and breathe fire. Also, it isn't really a power, but she eats precious gems and treasure for sustenance, so her teeth are super incredibly strong and she has an iron stomach.
-Witch Nia: She is capable of absorbing any type of colour, and creating 'Doodles'. Basically, she draws something and it comes to life. First, she needs to gather colours to do it. Colour basically acts like fuel; the more she has, the bigger/more detailed her creation can be. Although her drawings can exactly resemble real objects, they are still mimics, so if she drew fire it wouldn't give off any heat. Her drawings are susceptible to water; it will damage them until they fall apart.
~Weaknesses~
-Dragon Nia: Water makes her weak and she sinks like a stone in it. She doesn't fare well in cold weather either, often becoming ill.
-Witch Nia: She is about as strong as a normal human. Water will destroy her drawings and basically render her powers useless. Also, seafood allergy. And pollen. But the seafood one could legitimately kill her.
